Welcome to Limestone Flora in Thailand

Thailand is rich in plant diversity. Limestoe is scattered mostly in northern, central, western and southern regions. It houses many endemic species. 

The Botanical Garden Organization, Thailand, has luanched the "Diversity of Limestone Plants in Thailand" project since 2010. Phase I (2010-2016) focuses in northern region. Nine major areas in nine provinces were explored with several adjacent places. More than 9,000 specimens were collected. Phase II (2016-2020) will study in western region.
